  1. receptionist — Trong transcript đầu: “So this is a position for a receptionist - I believe you've done that sort of work before?” → vị trí được mô tả rõ là receptionist.

  2. Medical — Người nói: “this job's in Fordham, so not too far away for you, and it's at the medical centre there.” → cụm tên đầy đủ là Fordham Medical Centre, nên chỗ trống là Medical.

  3. Chastons — Địa chỉ được mô tả: “It's quite near the station, on Chastons Road. … Chastons Road - that's C-H-A-S-T-O-N-S.” → tên đường là Chastons (họ thậm chí đánh vần).

  4. appointments — Công việc bao gồm: “you'd also be involved in making appointments, whether face to face or on the phone. And rescheduling them if necessary.” → động từ/từ danh từ phù hợp là appointments (làm và sắp xếp lại cuộc hẹn).

  5. database — Người nói: “And another of your duties would be keeping the centre's database up-to-date.” → phải duy trì database nội bộ.

  6. experience — Lý do tuyển: “one thing they do require is someone with experience, and you did mention your work at the sports centre when you came in to see us.” → yêu cầu bắt buộc là có experience.

  7. confident — Yêu cầu về tính cách: “they want someone who can cope with that and stay calm, and at the same time be confident when interacting with the public.” → nên có thái độ calm and confident — chỗ trống tương ứng là confident.

  8. temporary — Loại hợp đồng: “I should tell you that this isn't a permanent job, it's temporary, so the contract would be just to the end of September.” → công việc temporary (tạm thời).

  9. 1.15 — Giờ kết thúc: Sau hỏi “What time would I finish?” người tuyển trả lời “One fifteen.” → tức 1:15 (pm). Trong đề họ ghi dưới dạng số nên ghi 1.15 (hoặc 1:15 / 1.15 pm đều biểu đạt cùng ý).

  10. parking — Hỏi về chỗ đậu xe: “Oh, one thing… is there parking available for staff at the centre? Yes, there is, and it's also on a bus route.” → có parking cho nhân viên.
